Following up on his “Toys From Balsa”, Glyn Bailey continues to shine the light on the influence of Nick Cave and Lou Reed. A British singer/songwriter who excuses himself from the predictable Brit-pop sound, Glyn’s vocals strain and push through lyrics that Bowie could claim as his own. This album has a slightly more ‘epic’ feel than the last and shows his growth as a musician. It’s not all great but it’s far from forgettable.
